Schools in Turkey’s Batman Province Receive Quran Copies
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A charity society donated free copies of the Quran to schools in villages and cities in Turkey’s Batman Province.
According to Anadolu Agency, 500 copies of the Holy Book were distributed among students in the schools of the province by the Heirat Charity Society.
Shahmus Taymiz, an official with the society said the move was aimed at encouraging students to learn the Quran,
He underlined that many of the problems facing societies today originate from getting away from the teachings of the Quran.
If people make the Quran’s teaching the central part of
their lives, they will find the solution to humanity’s problems today, he said.
