The Al-Zahra Complex in Hay al-Amin, a Shia district in Damascus, is hosting the Quranic program.
Abolfazl Salehiniya, the Iranian cultural attaché in Damascus, said that the course is a complementary course for the first edition of the program held in the holy month of Ramadan.
Hamid Gholami and Fahimeh Mousawiniya from the holy city of Mashhad teach the course for men and women respectively.
Quranic activities have continued in Syria despite the foreign-backed civil war in the country that started in 2011.
