Deputy Culture Minister Stresses Support for Quranic Plans, Activities
Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Heshmati added that the ministry has boosted its Quranic activities in the past year and established a special deputy for activities and programs in the field of Quran and Etrat.
He also stressed the need for cooperation among the country's Quranic and cultural institution to spread the Quranic culture in society, IRNA reported.
Hojat-ol-Islam Heshmati further referred to this year's international Holy Quran exhibition and said the expo was held with greater efficiency and in a larger scale.
The 22nd edition of Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition was held in the Holy Defense Garden-Museum in Tehran during the holy month of Ramadan.
Several sections including children, academics, international and digital media were arranged during the exhibit.
