Exhibition Showcases Kuwait’s Quranic Achievements

IQNA – An exhibition has been mounted in Kuwait to introduce the country’s achievements in the fields of Quran and Hadith.

Kuwait’s General Authority for the Care of Printing and Publishing the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet and their Sciences has organized the “Bait al-Hamad” Exhibition.

Its director, Fahd al-Dihani, said the expo’s main theme is the history of the Holy Quran from the advent of Islam until the present day.

The exhibition aims to promote learning the Quran among all age groups and support cultural activities, speeches and seminars for development of Islamic teachings.

It also supports scholarly and academic studies of Quranic scholars and researchers, especially in the field of preserving Quran manuscripts, the official noted.

He said scholarly and arts activities in the field of Quran printing and calligraphy as well as outstanding activities of Kuwaiti scholars in the field of Quran and Hadith are on display at the expo.

Al-Dihi invited academics, cleric, students, experts and others to visit the exhibition.
